Part 2 shows the reception parade for Vice President Wallace in Lima, Peru. Part 3, Pres. Roosevelt visits at army camps and at Monterrey, Mexico. He is shown at Camp Forest, Tenn.; at Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga., with Col. Oveta Hobby; and at Corpus Christi, Tex., and Monterrey with Mexican Pres. Camacho.
